Installation Guide Page
Instaling SPC Flooring is simple and straightforward. Whether you’re a professional or a DlY enthusiast, our flooring are designed for quick and efcient installation.

● Installation Procedure:

Ⅰ. Start at a corner, place firstplank with tongue side facingwall. Use spacers to maintain anexpansion space of 8-12 mm between walland flooring.

Ⅱ. Lock the short ends of the planks by inserting the tongues into the grooves at approximately 30 degrees angles and drop into place. Follow this same process alongthe installation.

Ⅲ. For the last plank of a row, flip a full plank to its underside and place beside the row. Measure and mark the required length. Use a ruler and utility knife to score the plank and snap off. Insert as in the previous diagram.

Ⅳ. Begin next row with the last cut off piece from the previous row to stagger the pattern.

Ⅴ. To start the second row, assemble your entire row on the subfloor before attaching it to the first row. To attach, tilt and push the side groove of the first row at an angle of 15°to 20°. Lower and click into place lining the edges up carefully. Continue laying remaining planks in order.

Ⅵ. IMPORTANT! A hammer and a tapping block must be necessary to correctly tap the long edge of the plank and ensure a tight ft. Note: Tapping block should be aminimum of 10″ to 12’long.

Ⅶ. Attach a scrap piece of floor to bridge gap between ends of planks.

Ⅷ. Tap the end of each plank with a hammer and a tapping block to ensure all planks are lock together. Remove the support bridge and continue with the installation process until the end of the row. Note: ENSURE TAPPING ONLY ONE EDGE OF THE VINYL SO THAT THE LOCKING PROFILE DO NOT SUFFER ANY DAMAGE.

Ⅸ. Use a hammer and a pull bar to lock the final plank of the row. Continue the process.
